Civacon Pressure Relief Valves are designed specifically for the Dry Bulk Cargo Tank Industry Civacon’s RV-2 & RV-3 Series Pressure Relief Valves are tailor made for the unique needs of the Dry Bulk transport Industry. If a line blockage should occur, these valves are designed to prevent equipment damage by venting to the atmosphere once their set pressure is exceeded. Model configurations are available for all installation and pressure setting needs.
Features & Benefits
- 2” and 3” Opening insuring non-constricted air flow
- Quick cam lock available in the 2” model
- Oversized exhaust holes to prevent clogging during discharge of dry material
- Available with high temperature rated materials providing protection up to 450° F
- O-Ring seal on valve seat ensures a tight seal and an inexpensive replacement
- Available in fixed or adjustable pressure settings, 5-30psi.
- Tamper proof seals
- Each valve is tested to 100% of its rated pressure
