Dual Manifold
CivaFlo™ Air-Operated Product Manifolds by Civacon for Straight Pump Trucks helps improve the quality, productivity and safety of your metered delivery operation.
Available in both Single and Dual Versions, for one and two pump applications, our Manifolds are the right choice for today's hose delivery applications.
Features & Benefits
Replaces manual hand valve "box" manifolds or jumper hoses & dry breaks with air operated convenience:
- Improves driver productivity
- Improves driver safety
- Eliminates mess and mistakes
- Reduces environmental hazards and clean-up costs
Air-operated, completely sealed "compartment-to-pump" selection ensures right fuel choice before unloading:
- Open selected compartment with simple air controls located near the hose reel(s)
- Air operated double-acting cylinders guarantees positive opening & closing every time
- Each valve's open/close status is clearly indicated by a red pop-up indicator visible through a protective clear lens
- Ensures quality control on all deliveries
- Reduces potential product cross-contamination
- Guard Bar option locks and protects APIs for enhanced security
Flexible Configuration and Value Options add to your operation
- Unique Modular Design can be configured for 11" and 14" pipe / loading head (API) spacing
- Adaptable to semi-trailers as well as tractor pump (off) applications
- Flexible pump outlet configurations allow for easy addition of self-loading suction inlets, etc.
- API Loading Heads optional for top loading applications only
