To schedule your repair:

• Please provide a Purchase Order # or Credit Card # for the Order
• Please provide the Billing Address if using a purchase order
• Please confirm the Return Address
• Please specify who to bill for freight (and preferred shipping method, i.e. Fedex Freight)
• Please specify Quantity of and Valve # or Valve Series
• Please communicate any required changes (i.e. Elastomer change, New Set Pressure, special handling requests, etc.)
• Please specify which location you'd like to ship to:

When shipping your order:

• Please decontaminate the valves so they are safe for handling
• Please provide an MSDS with the return
• Please tag valves with Car # and Commodity for performance tracking purposes
