ADVANCED PERFORMANCE FOR HIGH-FLOW DATA CENTER APPLICATIONS
The OPW HyperFlow™ high flow coupler is engineered for today’s high-performance liquid-cooled data centers. HyperFlow is optimized for maximum flow with minimal pressure drop, and features a 2X safety locking system that eliminates spills by preventing accidental opening when decoupled and accidental decoupling when couplers are connected and open.
With a Cv of 48 and a maximum flow rate of 100 gpm, HyperFlow is designed for maximum flow with minimal pressure drop.
Connection is fast, easy and secure, with a 2X Safety Locking System that eliminates spills by precenting accidental decoupling and opening.
Full-Port Flow
The 1” coupler has a Cv rating of 48 at 100 gallons per minute
Symmetrical Interlocking System
Two identical coupler halves interlock with each other and are held together with four locking tabs
Streamlined Body Design
The coupler body conforms to the hose diameter to optimize space available in the server cabinet and server room
Fast Connection
A simple twist locks the coupler halves together making connection fast and easy especially in overhead applications and in tight spaces
2X Safety Interlocking System
Locking system prevents the valves from accidently opening when disconnected, and prevents from the valves from accidentally disconnecting when the valves are connected and open
Integrated Temperature Bands
Red and blue bands (included with each coupler) can be added to the handle to indicates the temperature of the material flowing through the coupler
