Unlike competitors of OPW Engineered Systems, our Kamlok will not allow users to accidentally disengage a valve with pressure in the line. As the video demonstrates, disengaging a locked coupler with active line pressure could cause serious injury or even death.

This video shows OPW Engineered Systems' Twister LQC staying connected due to active pressure within the line. Even though the operator attempts to disengage the connection, he is unable. It is only after the pressure is removed from the line, the connection disengages. This safety feature helps protect the operator from pressure discharge and exposure to the commodity inside the connection.
