Vice President & General Manager of
Fluid Transfer Solutions

Federico brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a strong track record of profitable growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Global Product Portfolio Strategy for CNH’s Construction Equipment business. Prior to that role, he led CNH’s Europe Construction Equipment business with full P&L responsibility.

In his new role, Federico will lead the global Fluid Transfer Solutions business with responsibility for strategy, operational performance, customer partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives.
